Cold-calling to numbers listed in National DoNotCall list, presented themselves as representatives of Energy Upgrades California, insisted they are legit, tried to collect information such as if target is a California Homeowner, amount of electricity monthly bill etc. When pressed for legitimacy provided website address prconstructionusa.com that appears to be very basic template website with some dummy fields never even edited like Contact Us email address being [email protected] and similar. Every place where phone number for contact is provided shows different phone number. Phone numbers shown were 1-800-111-2222 1-310-429-9192 424-724-6319.
