The site has a "no questions asked 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy" on their website and no mention at all that the product was coming from China. The product shipped to me didn't work, and now the company won't allow me to return it or refund my money.

I bought a vacuum and purchased it through klarna. It took 2 weeks before I got it and I was so disappointed. It doesn't look nothing like in the video. Doesn't even do what the video showed it should do. I emailed them asking to send it back for a refund as their websites states if not satisfied then money back. They offered me 4 use dollars. I paid around 50 dollars for the vacuum. It's a big scam. Beware and don't buy it.

I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner on January 26, after 3 weeks shipping information appears and once the goods land in the US a bogus tracking number for USPS was sent. I emailed the company which kept resending me the bogus tracking number which states it is not received by USPS
