Warranty charges????

I ordered a Keychain for my boyfriend in February. It was like $25. A few weeks later they charged me 29.95. I didn't notice. Now just a few days ago they charged my card for another 29.95. I saw it and thought credit card number had been stolen. Then I get an email that my "Endless Warranty" had been cancelled? Warranty for what? That 10 cent piece of metal they call a Keychain? BtW: I did get the Keychain and it was cute.

I ordered three keychains for Valentine’s Day and money taken out of my account on 2/3 for total of $50.87. Got no confirmation or tracking number and to date haven’t received merchandise. I’ve tried to find contact information but nothing available.

Order placed on January 26,2022 for (1) Rotating Planet Anxiety Ring & (1) Enchanted Rose-Rainbow Galaxy.
Paid $64.90 via Visa card, which was taken out immediately. Received the Rotating Planet Anxiety Ring on February 12, 2022. This item was broken & in need of repair. I attempted to track the other package within their website. This website took me to some other totally different site named Postal Ninja, at this point I really felt scammed. Even the tracking number for the package that I received did the same thing. Needless to say I still don’t have my ather purchase!

I ordered two items from Endlessly Mine without even thinking that it would be a scam site. Everything looked "legit." Placed my order in hopes to acquire them in time for Mother's day. I placed the order on April 27 and on May 6th received an eMail indicating my order was on its way via China Post. For starters the website never indicated the items would come from overseas, nor did it indicate how much time it would take to be shipped. It only indicated the latter AFTER I placed the order. Red flag#1. If a merchant site doesn't offer you any indication of how much time it will take, or give you options for speedier service, steer clear from them. It indicated anywhere from 2-4 weeks I would receive it. At this point I still believe it is coming to me domestically so I eMailed them back stating I would pay the extra shipping cost if they could expedite it so that I receive it sooner. No response. When I got the tracking number that is when I learned it was coming from China. I figured, oh well, I'l just have to wait until it arrives and give it to my mother then. From May 6th to May 16th my so-called "order" made its way through a myriad of Chinese postal distribution points until allegedly arriving at the New York line on the 16th. After that there was no further update. On May 21st I eMailed the company again about helping to track down the package. No response whatsoever. On Sunday the 23, I did a google search and found this website, along with several others, noting that Endlessly Mine was nothing more than a scam or fraudulent merchant. I was severely disappointed and began to see what I could go to get my money back. Not thru Endlessly Mine, but through my credit card company. On Monday the 24th, I challenged the purchase and my bank officially credited me the money and is currently attempting to reach out to the vendor to credit the sale. According to most banking regulations, you, the customer, have 30 days to notify your bank or credit card company to rescind a payment. Luckily for me, I was within that 30 day window. I truly believe THIS is how the scam manages to work for them. Being that it is drop shipped from China and will take about 3 weeks to a month to arrive in the U.S., they assume that most people will be patient. Particularly if they check the tracking number and see the updates of where the package is. If you have recently place an order with them during the month of May, it is NOT too late to get your money back. Contact your credit card company or bank and challenge the purchase. Your bank SHOULD credit you and take it from there. If you are well past the 30 day threshold, my heart goes out to you. What irks me even more than Endlessly Mine is that pages such as Facebook and Instagram are advertising them on their platforms. I learned of Endlessly Mine via Instagram. I reported the IG account belonging to Endlessly Mine to Instagram as being a scam or fraudulent business. I sincerely hope they actually look into it and remove them from their platform.

*UPDATE*

On Friday 5/28, I received ONE of the two items I ordered. It remains unopened. I have ZERO trust or confidence in this company called Endlessly Mine. Especially after I read reviews stating the same item I ordered were defective. The way the order was packaged for what I ordered looked completely shoddy. And when I shook the package it sounded as if pieces were loose. Give me a break! It's just a horrible presentation, horrible customer service, and if I ever receive the other one, that too will remain unopened. I didn't spend $$$ for [censored]ty quality or to be worried about a 30-day return/refund policy for 2 items, one of which still hasn't been delivered (and if it's the same item why are they shipped separately?), that is now in the process of entering a 3rd month since having placed the order. The uncertainty and the lack of courtesy in responding to queries makes Endlessly Mine a company not worth doing business with. Success stories be damned.

I ordered 5 octopus plushies on their buy 1 get 4 free deal that was on Instagram. I ordered it on May 14th, and paid a little over $30. They say in their website that it takes 1-3 business days to process orders and send out an email with a tracking number. I've sent two emails saying that I still haven't gotten my package, and in the automated email they send after I email them, they say it takes 3-5 days to respond. It's been almost 2 weeks and they haven't responded, or sent me an email with my tracking number.

Contact your bank TODAY and contest the charges. Endlessly Mine is a 100% scam. The people on this website who claimed to have received their goods are fakers. You don't come on here praising a company. This platform's purpose is to out the scammers. Endlessly Mine is one such entity. Call you credit card company or bank today. You should be able to have the money taken from your account credited back to you. You are well within the 30 day threshold. Don't wait any longer and just look for something else that is either local or that you are 100% positive with be delivered to you. Drop shippers like Endlessly Mine are to be avoided. Even if they are legitimate and the shipments are legitimately taking long to be shipped, etc., the fact that they don't even bother to respond or give vague responses, rather than assurances (take a look at their refunds policy). After 30 days they will not accept returns or issue refunds. That is if you even receive your order. Which you won't.
