I ordered a lego set on Shopify / Shop app and was sold by "Encool"

A few days later I received a tracking number which did not work on any website except for Track17.com. To which it tracked it from Hong Kong to being delivered to my home address, which was never delivered. No response from multiple email follow ups. I eventually started looking into the website and noticed it was a fake site selling water bottles but when you click on products, it is lego sets.
