I tried calling my retirement company under hospital system EMPOWER, and upon the call it states a $100.00 offer. A rep entered the line and spoke fast, verified information and debit card, and the line disconnected. I called several times and reached another rep on 4-16-26 @9am. I asked probing questions about the offer, accounts, and the name of the company it was contracted with. The rep lost personality, got flushed, would NOT let me speak with a “manager”, and wouldn’t continue to answer questions. Please look into this.
