They are currently fabricating resumes for mass amounts of technology workers, which they are importing to georgia, and then giving them completely made up experience and references. These workers in actuality have little to no experience or acclaimed credentials. The reason is in order to scam other businesses into believing they have teams of experts. The victim businesses pay 80/hr+ for the each "experts" and Tech consulting takes over half while giving 35/hr to the inexperienced and predominately immigrant workers. They coach them on how to lie to customers about what they know and are given a boot camp level knowledge of products to sound convincing. When the workers terminate their contracts with Tech Consulting they are told to continue using those resumes with absurdly made up stats like 10+ years experience for people with less than a few months knowledge. I was told the Tech Consulting company will substantiate the references or experience they fabricated for them in the future. Im also of the belief they have the workers sign NDAs or various exploitative contracts, but Im unsure of that at the moment.
