The only personal info I have was the name of my bank and previous employment info. I had given my name in the first contact to "Ms.Carroll in HR". I started looking into the company and couldn't find it, so here I am. Awaiting the decision from "head of the department" the last thing she asked was my marital status to know how to "formally address me" with the response.
