Prestige Knowledge scammed me out of $30,000

I paid Prestige Knowledge $30,000 to build and manage a TikTok shop for me. After I gave them my money, the company immediately started to lie to me as they told me it would take two months for them to build the shop when it only takes two weeks, if that. They eventually called in a third-party to build my TikTok shop on July 18, 2024 and I paid them my $30,000 on May 14, 2024. So they strung me along for two months until somebody finally started working on my shop and when it was built, sales were coming in, but they weren’t being fulfilled, because Prestige knowledge allowed a third-party to manage my shop, but the third-party wasn’t doing his job because Prestige Knowledge didn’t even pay him all his money. Eventually, I found out what was going on because the third-party sent me text message threads and screenshots proving that Prestige Knowledge was willingly lying to me about what was going on. Eventually, I had a meeting with Prestige knowledge and they promised me that they would fix things. The owner of the company Jesse promised me that Prestige Knowledge would buy products and not only what they have three affiliates, push those products, but they would expedite the process and have six affiliates push those products. Two weeks later when I had a meeting with an employee from Prestige Knowledge, the employee tells me something completely different from what the owner of the company told me two weeks prior to that. At that point I had had enough so I sent them a letter of termination, which I was Well within my rights to do the contract that I signed with them. I also requested a full refund because Prestige knowledge did nothing for me. After I requested a refund a manager responded back to me and told me they couldn’t give me a refund and then I had to take my money back via chargebacks. I sent that from one of the credit card companies that I used showing that it was too late to do chargebacks. Also, I told the manager that one of the payments that I made was an $8000 wire that I sent to the company and that they could 100% wire me my money back. The managers response was “I’ll let them know”. After several attempts at requesting my money back from the company, they eventually blocked me from all platforms and lines of communication. The company basically scammed me out of my $30,000 and gave me nothing in return. If anybody has any information on how I can get in contact with this company Please let me know because I am not letting this go. I want my money back because I gave it to them in good faith that they would do what they said they were going to, but they didn’t.
