The experience was horrible because, they rushed the process of building the website. It was a poorly made website with a lot of errors, the designing team did a lot of copy & paste from a CJdropshipping so the product descriptions didn't make sense, I had to go back and edit every product, even remove some products. I didn't like the logo they created, or the color scheme, I sent them a website that I wanted my site to be like, and they completely disregarded my wish and did their own thing. because they started the free trial on shopify without notifying me and/or giving me access to the login credentials I missed an opportunity to use the 14 day free trial they were "working on" the website for several weeks using basecamp to communicate with me and bounced me off and I lost access to contacting them. I also was surprised that they didn't use the $42 monthly subscription fee from the $3700.00 to pay the 1st month of shopify for me. I had to pay for that and, I had given my whole savings to this company to build this business for me. They didn't care about my story, they took my money and gave me a website worth $100 maybe and could be made by a 12yr old, all they did was copy & paste from CJdropshipping and made easy made amateur content. By taking the product pics and then stamping the logo on. I never received any 1 on 1 coaching with the Influencer King Jess. When I messaged him directly on Instagram he told me to contact his team either Maya Manseur or a person named Tabs , I had been communicating with on Basecamp to set it up. After that message he stopped responding to me on instagram. After Basecamp was taken down, their team stopped responding to my emails. I attended 1 team zoom call ( with people like me that bought into the program) and after that I believe I was kicked off and out of their group.
