They had an ad on Facebook. I clicked on it I they asked me for an interview via the app TELEGRAM, I did the interview and was apparently good enough that they sent me an offer letter to pay me $600 a week for 3 to 4 hours a day as a personal assistant to Christine whom owner 3 businesses but the one I was hired for was her antique business. Alarms started at this point because the interview was through text, and the offer letter was VERY basic .First they asked me to set up an email account. which i did, then i was asked if i lived in close proximity to Shoppers drug mart, gas station, food basics. which was odd to me... then i had to drawn up a letter up apologizing for delays in emails responses, and also announcing myself as the new administrative assistant to Christine. Then I was given client emails and told to send those 10 clients the apology letter of which i did. There were apparently 76 more clients i would be contacting as well. Then I had to share any replies I received, 1 was asking me to remind my employer of the promised gift card. I was asked if I knew how to do a mobile bank deposit, of which I did, but asked for them to show me how...so i was sent a little video on how to do this., more alarms went off from this video as the back ground was of someone's unkept nasty living room. They then sent me a 500 dollar cheque via email to deposit into my personal account so I could purchase apple gift cards to send to clients.. this is when I called them out on their scam, they didn't understand what i was saying apparently... so i told them I was not going to continue and that i had more integrity than that, and POOF they were gone!! just like magic..
