Report

i ordered boots on 9/23 from Emma and Olivia, I still haven't gotten the boots. I asked for a refund, I was told since the shipment had already been shipping there was nothing they could do, and that once the package has been shipped it was out of there hands. I read online that shipments are coming from China and can take up to 2 months to arrive. I want to warn others not to buy from this company. I think that they hold your order so that you are unable to return the iitems. I am not sure what help ScamPulse.com can give me but the deserve a big far F. Thank you
