This company sent me a "Letter of Intent" to purchase my property. Claimed they had performed their due diligence & the offer of $437,$$$ was what they'd pay me as a Cash deal, and that we could close in as early as 15 days. I was interested, even found a home to purchase, allowed Jacob of Emerald to come take pics of my home. I then get a call from his partner, McKenzie, he claims they're only able to pay $400K cash, due to being low on funds. A TOTAL deceiving scam!!! Emerald Holdings LLC truly should be held accountable for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Folks don't deserve to be offered false hope.
