They from EmeraldGhostwriting.com are pretending to be a ghost writer and publishing service. The quality of their work is garbage I don’t believe they have ever published anything and they wont refund me the amount mentioned even though their contract said 100% money back guarantee.

I completed a book which is already on Amazon and just needed marketing/sales. Emerald Publishing reached out to me and promised me that they would market/sale my book. I paid $1175.00 to get started because I was told by a representative (Dylan Dcruz) that they were offering a promotion that would end by the end of February 2024 and I had to act that day, so I paid before the end of February. The full cost of the service was $3175.00 The company started to redo my book. I reminded them that I just needed marketing/sales and once I sent a message detailing that I ONLY needed marketing/sale services, they stopped contacting. I reached out several times over the past few days and did NOT receive a response. I contacted the company today to request a refund. And no one will contact me. Thankfully, my husband is an attorney and we plan to take legal action. It is illegal for a company to take payment for a service and not render service but also stop communication without giving an explanation. This company is a SCAM. Please beware. Do NOT sign up with them. They may seem legit while discussing their process but once you give them a payment they do not work on your book/marketing/sales. They will ghost you. I am a Certified Clinical Psychologist working in Texas and this is a legit review. I will be reporting this company and taking legal actions as stated above. The book that I have written is about Self Help after being abused by a narcissistic mother so I am very passionate about my work and I initially thought that this company understood the importance of marketing such a book that will help others. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG.

PLEASE BEWARE. I understand that writers/authors are out there searching for a company that is fair, honest and has your best interest--THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST. THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY. Thank you

I was mislead. Believing i was working with someone who cared about my book. They not only didn't care, after many files shared and talks and notes and such. They are 100% a scam. And still asking me for money even though they haven't delivered a single viable thing.

They offered to help write, eddit, and illistrate my novel. They hardly eork on it at all and ask for more and more money while failing to produce any results. The pass me from one personto another with no actual progress forcing me to re explain everything over and over. The entire time asking for more cash for more services, that i believe, they have no intention on producing.
