Products ordered online from FB add on 8/27/22. I received tracking notification since 9/24/22 at which time it says it left US facility. Prior to that it was in route to Italy then thru customs, the. US. I’ve contacted the support service email twice but have just been responded back to being patient. The company page says shipping within 5-7 business days
