Ordered from Eluro Co. via Facebook ad, never received product
I placed an order on March 10th. I requested shipping info about 3 weeks later by email. I traded several emails with the company where they continued to apologize. They were between carriers, etc. They promised to look into it, etc. (All of these emails are missing from my inbox and sent items. I didn't delete them.)
I started leaving negative comments on their Facebook ads. They contacted me through Facebook Messenger and promised again to look into and resolve it. On April 13th I received an email saying the order was shipped. The tracking link goes nowhere. As of today (4/16) there is no evidence the product has shipped. If it ever does, it will most likely be on a slow boat from China.
Order never shipped and company refuses to cancel or refund
Today, I emailed them that I have not received any goods nor shipping information and that the order needs to be canceled, my money refunded immediately, or I will be forced to take legal action. I am not at all hopeful!
