The dress doesn’t look like the website picture, and it is very poor quality. I was informed my purchase is not eligible for return because I used a discount code and the items were on sale. I have not received the purse, and was told it may take 2 months since it is shipping from China. I requested to cancel the purse and was told no. They claim to be located in Arizona. Total scam. Customer service is extremely unprofessional.
