Found Elizabeth’s Dachshunds puppies website online where there’s pictures of puppies for sale. Made contact through email about the puppy I wanted and began the process for purchasing the dog. I was even given a certificate of ownership. On day that dog was to arrive, I receive an email that the dog was being held in another state and that I needed to pay an additional $600+ As an insurance policy to have the puppy shipped to it’s final destination. So I contacted the website to inquire what was going on and they responded that I needed to pay the money. I asked for my refund because they failed to deliver on the puppy.
