was on a site thinking it was a valid Hewit Packer site trying to activate a new printer went to a chat not knowing it was a third party and by scare tactic they convinced me I needed a fire wall and I fell for it thinking it was HP

I have made a informational complain with the Michigan attorney General and disputed the charge on my credit card but the J**k i talked from the company says I signed a contract?
