I received a call in March from a business called Elite X IP Security, they told me they could fix my computer because I was trying to get into and could not. They somehow knew I was having an issue with my computer but that didn't hit me until later. I paid them $699.99 to fix my computer and they had me make the check out to Novatech. The computer was actually fixed but I got another call from someone named Joseph who told me they would send my money back because they could not supply what they promised. I didn't think about it anymore but I still have not received my money back.
