The person advertised that they could make kitchen dining tables and advertise that they were locally made in my town.

I ordered a table and paid a down deposit

And then find out that there is a delivery fee because his business location is two hours away so he wanted to charge me for delivery.

I showed him his advertising that it shared to me, and that was false advertising.

He then failed to deliver my final product to me and after 25 phone calls, multiple text messages I still did not receive the product nor a refund.
