I applied for a $700 loan with Elite Fund USA. They said the loan was pre-approved, and that I needed to upload my Driver's photo; front and back, a selfie photo; front, side to side, and looking down. I entered my banking information beforehand to get approved. The documentation verification is stated on the site to only be 2 to 3 days. 4 days have passed and no contact. The live chat support is not a live agent but a chatbot. The chat bot only responds to certain questions. The phone contact listed leads to an answering service that says to state your name and google voice will connect your call. When call connects, no one ever answers at any time. It prompts you to leave a message with name, application number, phone number, and message in order to receive a call back, but no one ever calls back.
