So yesterday i was online loomi g for a puppy n found elite frenchies gave him 500 threw cash app cuz i didn't have zelle n then when i went to ssend the other 500 my bank wouldn't authorize it so i told him i was having trouble sending the other 500 he told me the bank probably has a limit of what I can send through cash app me being new to this i believe him so then this morning i email them n he actually call me back on my number that I gave him and it was the same that was on the website so he explained to me would probably take another 24 hours before my bank will let me send the other 500 but that Duke was going to be reserved on hold so im like ok so im laying here in Just thinking n i just got this bad feeling so i emailed again no reply so i got on the internet n started to look harder n found this so now im realized i got scammed for 500 so i will b making a police report to

This scammer sells fake French bulldogs with pictures that he steals off of the internet. Communication was quick and efficient until I said that I was unsure and wanted my money back. We had some payment through Zelle which deposits money instantly, and he refused to send the money back even though it would have been so easy to do so. He was planning on making me wait for a week to 30 days before returning the money which was just an excuse he was using so he would likely have time to drain and close his bank account which was actually a new chase account he had opened up specifically for this scam (the person handling my claim for chase was actually able to see when he opened the account and the amount of activity he had going on with it and they said he was moving A LOT of money around and was pulling it out at a specific ATM almost every day)
He refused to answer my calls after I asked for my money back and after I called him 20 times in a row (Petty, I know. But he has $2000 of my money so this is justified) he answered and said that I am a horrible person and am no longer a client of his and he owes me nothing. He also said I should “go ahead and call the cops. [He’s] not scared of me.” We’ll, I actually did file a report with the police. I live in Cali but I called the Houston Police department and filed a report and gave them ALL the information I knew about him along with the names of some people I now suspect might be working with him. Hopefully I will get my money back (I’m still out my 2,000) and this guy will be fined or jailed or whatever. That isn’t to say that he won’t just open a new website and try this again under a new name and such, but hopefully I can prevent even one person from falling for his scam on his current site ELITEFRENCHIES.ORG

The same thing happened to me with these people. I tried to buy one of the puppies on the website and ever since I've sent the $1000 he hasn't answered me. I'd like to talk more about what's happening with the police, maybe we could help each other out?
