I saw the product online on ElevateBackMat.com and then ordered this in November 2025. It says online they start shipping 7-10 business days. But they had not. I sent an email to [email protected]. They said there was a delay but they would keep me informed. December came with no information or follow ups. So I reached out in December with no response back. And then I contacted my bank. It's March 2026 and I have no product and I don't have the $29.99 I spent.
