I bought a computer chair. Specifically the product was called "Ergonomic Backrest And Seat Height Adjustment Backrest Rotatable Computer Chair" in the website of ELEGANT STYLE ONLINEE SHOP. I found the ad through Facebook, and did the transaction through PayPal. The cost was $19.95 USD for the chair, and $9.99 USD for shipping. The E-mail I got from them in the receipt is [email protected].

I received a cheap magnifying tool for phones, so I wrote to [email protected], ther customer service E-Mail. They said that maybe the shipping company had put the wrong label on the product and so was shipped wrongly.

They offered sending the right product or refunding 40% of the original value. As I've seen this in other threads in PayPal, I'm escalating it to get a 100% refund.

Computer chair bought in June 2020. Tracking info of 2 oz envelope claiming to come from both east and west ports of LA and NY never delivered. (Computer chair also weighs more than 2 oz). Now they are asking if maybe my neighbors signed for it (envelope?). They never intended on delivering a computer chair.

Computer chair scam. Paid via PayPal so they could protect me and my purchase. But bc of covid, this company delayed delivery information-which ended up being a 2oz envelope- so long that PayPal closed the dispute. These guys are now saying maybe my neighbor signed for the package (remember it was an envelope?) waste of time and money. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Scammer had ad on tiktok for pc and computer chair from China for good price. Order it and then after 1.5 month a small package containing plastic holder which arrived instead of items I ordered. I asked where is my items they said mistake was made and if I pay to have shipped back in few months I get refunded or take 40% refund and they keep rest of it. I thought it was real because other companies I used thru tiktok were good. But found out the belong with company called shoplazza.com which is major scam site. I lost little bit of money. So beware not to fall for their scams.
