I placed an order and immediately saw that they took 2 payments from my account - $17.99 and $15.78 vs the order I placed summed to $25.98. I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. After numerous emails, and promises to look into the issue, they have not satisfactorily resolved the issue. I reported to my bank/cancelled my debit card, reported to Paypal but will have to wait to file an actual claim. This company, which apparently goes by the following multiple names, is clearly a SCAM: Electronicw, Crimsonshop and Banbain.
