Purchased e-bike via wire transfer from my bank. Received "fake tracking info". Communication was minimal at best then nothing. Tried to contact number listed on shipping companies website - No one answers that number either. No one will return my call or answer emails any more. I have all email backup if needed.

I shopped on the website and purchased an e-bike. I sent the money via Zelle as requested,  and never heard back regarding order received I did follow up, delivery status to sellers place of business, but then nothing else. He was supposed to send it to me and didn’t. It’s been 3 months and nothing, when I could see before that the bike was delivered in early August. They won’t respond to emails, texts, calls, etc.

I have all the back up and can provide if asked.
