Eleanor and Daughters Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

I experienced the same thing as another person who reported this company. Eleanor and Daughters represented themselves to be a family business located in Georgia. I was very impressed with the look of the garments they were selling and placed an order. Subsequently, I learned that the item was being shipped from China. When I received the garment, the quality was appalling. The fabric was not of the look and quality in the website (a dark fabric had a white backing that showed anytime you moved). The construction was beyond shoddy. The garment edges were raw and unfinished. When I contacted them for a refund, they told me that I would have to ship it back to Asia in order to receive a full refund. Or they would offer me a 10% refund and I could keep the garment. I pushed back and they increased the refund to 30%. It has now been 10 days and I have yet to receive the credit on my card. This is clearly a scam and very disappointing.
