I purchased 3 dresses from their website but the items received were not as described on the website. When I contacted them regarding the false advertising about the products, they asked me if I wanted to keep the dresses and that they would give me 10% of my money back. I told them that I would be returning the items. I went to the post office and returned the items and paid another $50 for the items to go through customs in China. This was on August 31, 2026. The items are still sitting with customs in China and they will not reach out to customs and get answers for me. I have not been refunded a penny and now I am out over $200.00.
