They sell fake eyelashes. Their description is "Elaracraft magnetic eyelashes." You only get one eye's worth of lashes. When I pointed out their add is plural they sent a generic message and refused to refund me. When I tried to communicate more I got the same generic email. This is false advertising.

I ordered ONE item and they made it look like my transaction didn't go through so it made me purchase another one and they now charge me as if I ordered a monthly subscription of this product. I NEVER intended to order the product more than one time, and I only wanted to purchase one set of these things. They keep charging my credit card each month and sending me the product despite me sending emails letting them know I DO NOT WANT THEM AND DID NOT ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS!!!

Product claims eyelashes could be easily attached to eyelids and promises a 39 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. Product didn’t work after multiple attempts. I found similar products with same videos and product across the social media platforms. I contacted the company within a few days of receipt of product to request a refund and their response was “Buyers remorse is not an option for return of product.” I was clear the product didn’t work and I sent back a screenshot of their website stating the 30 day money back guarantee. I received another response with an apology and that they were escalating my request and now it’s been over a month and still no response on resolving the issue. My money is clearly not going to be refunded and this product was never used. I just want to ensure others aren’t scammed with this fake product.

This vendor is a scam. They falsely advertise a product. What you receive is not what you order. They ignore request for refunded for a month, then refuse to refund you based on their made up 14 day return policy.

Other customers did not ever receive a product but this company still refuses to refund.

Some customers report being charged a recurring fee when they did not opt in to a subscription of any type.

All reviews an all sites are abundant with similar bad experiences.

The company gives the appearance of operating in the U.S. but is not a registered business in this country. It operates out of China.

It's both false advertising as well as a bait and switch where the product you buy is not the product you receive.

They absolutely do not honor the money-back-guarantee.

Reporting to the FTC for deceptive business practices, false advertising, and breach of contract for reneging on their money back guarantee.

I saw multiple social media posts promoting ElaraCraft Magnetic Lashes, claiming they were easy to use and looked great. Though I was initially hesitant, I decided to try them based on the positive posts. On March 7, 2025, I placed an order through the ElaraCraft website for two pairs of lashes, totaling $35.36.
What I received was incredibly disappointing. The product quality was nothing like what was shown in the advertisements. The lashes looked cheap and unnatural—almost plastic-like. The container and applicator were also poorly made, and the lashes were uncomfortable to wear. I chalked it up to a bad purchase and accepted the loss.
However, on April 5, 2025, I was surprised to see a charge of $66.86 from ElaraCraft. I was completely unaware that I had been enrolled in a monthly subscription—this was not clearly stated or disclosed at the time of purchase. I immediately emailed customer service twice with no response. I was eventually able to log in to the website and cancel the subscription myself.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. The product was misleading, and the unauthorized subscription charge feels deceptive and predatory. I am requesting a full refund of the $66.86 and want ElaraCraft to clearly disclose subscription terms in the future.

I found Elara Craft on Facebook. They showed videos of women easily applying magnetic, false lashes. When receiving them, they are poor quality and do not work. They automatically add you to their subsciption. I have tried to email their customer service several times and have not received any response. I decided to do research on the internet and discovered several bad reviews of this company. I feel like I should have done my research before I made my purchase. Poor decision on my half. I want the public to know about this company and not become a victim to the false advertisements.
