I purchased chairs online that was a Facebad, I’ve had their Chinese customer service keep telling me to wait 3-5 days as they are checking the multiple shipping addresses, meanwhile, I asked for a refund and they have verbiage on their site that says 30 day money back guarantee. I can’t even get a refund for a product that was never delivered.

The ad showed up on Snapchat for some foldable rocking chairs and I followed the link. It was offered at a buy 2 get 2 free deal. I noticed the top of the screen said QVC with their logo, but the web address showed huxolia.com and I always scroll to the bottom of the screen to look for contact info or other info on the website before I proceed with a purchase. This website has no other info. If you try to click on things at the bottom of their page, it doesn’t take you anywhere. I would be afraid this is not a legit website and someone is going to lose money.
