We booked through this company in April. We talked on the phone went through the process and what to expect the next. 2 weeks go by heard nothing received no email nothing. I called and it was a pain to get through to anyone let alone a call back. We needed to set up our engagement photos and no one would respond back. Now we are in May and they finally send an email for us to fill out explaining our love story etc. We fill that out send it back in hopes to schedule engagement photos. Still nothing back! Now I’m nervous Thinking this is how the wedding will go so I started to look for a new photographers. Turns out I was right they just took our money and ran no follow up nothing when you asked to get your money back they claim they’re gonna charge you with a rebuttal see and it’s just crazy because they threaten you with the contract with the contract states you do a service for us and we pay you and there’s no services that they did for us but yet we still pay them. In a nutshell they took our money we have no photographer no photos now engagement photos and our wedding is in four weeks. This company is not even a real company they are horrible reviews all over the Internet which they delete and then we post the good ones continuously change the wording in them. If you’re lucky to get a response back at the computer automated! Just such a horrible thing to do to people during Covid and for your wedding day who does that?!
