My father has been asked twice to sell the house he lives in after my mom passed. The first time I found out and stopped the sell, this time it was 1 signature from Big Country Title falling for the scam and selling. They have set up an email account to act as me, told Big Country I am too busy to talk by phone and signed documents in my name. The person trying to buy the house is listed as a registered agent Efren Villalobos. I have called APD, adult protective services and the doctor and can get no help. My father believes this is real and he is getting something from them but the person had set up wire instruction to njyeria.
