I order an 15" clear tech tv for my cousin but he already had one so I canceled the order and asked for my refund. In the last active chat I cancelled and they said it was cancelled but I never got my refund. I cancelled the very next day and now has been almost a month of trying to talk to someone ever since then through the same chat...no response. I call no ring voice mail full. I call again a week later and it rings then VM and I leave messages...no response. I then contact the BBB and filed a complaint...no response??????????

I ordered 6 items and they did not ship me my items and contacted customer service and their was no response also my payment says posted on my credit card history and I tried to get a refund and was unable too please send a confidential informant to this business and send them to prison
