I placed my order on March 20, 2026 and unfortunately never received it.

The seller did not provide clear shipping details at first, and when tracking information was finally shared, the package showed as delayed and later marked as delivered, but I did not receive it at my door or anywhere on my property. I contacted the seller for help, but the resolution offered was not sufficient and I was left without a refund or replacement.

I’m sharing this so other buyers are aware and can make an informed decision when ordering.
