This organization overly advertises the effects of their dietary supplements to their Chinese customers against the rule of FDA which mandates that manufacturers of supplements must include a disclaimer in the label. The disclaimer should read "This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease". This disclaimer should be in Chinese as well as English as they mostly target Chinese customers. Yet this disclaimer is not on any of their products' labels. In addition, the Chinese names for their products often make them sound like they target or can be effective for a certain disease state.

They use aggressive and deceptive behaviors to target elderly asian adults in the local community.
