I purchased a phone sanitizer box and I never got a email from them and they took my money out right away from my bank account, this is wrong and I shouldn’t have to track down to get my money back or get an answers, not a happy camper for sure

I paid extra money to have anti mud mats delivered within 3 days with DHL express delivery. It has now been over 2 months and after numerous attempts to track my order, and eventually request to cancel and refund my order I have had nothing delivered and no customer service from this company. I would suggest to stay away, I suspect they are a total scam outfit!

i have tried multiple times to call and speak with company and have gotten the run around. I tried to stop order that was made by my son same day, but offices were closed. I called next day and stated the order was already processed and I needed to call the same day. Explained I did and office was closed. I have been told a supervisor would call me back. No one has called. I was even placed on hold and hung up on. I tried to call number back and number not in service
