ECX Holdings are some of the worst type of Scamers. They hide behind a child's education and use Christian values to make you feel guilt for not buying more for families unable to afford to lose their monies on their internet scams. Furthermore, their Website is a total scam. You can review nothing before the money is snatched from your pay source. I have emailed to and spoken several times with a man who gave explicit instructions for what had to be done to obtain the okay for a refund. I did what was requested to obtain the okay for a refund. Since
completing all of the requirements I am unable to obtain any type of contact from ECX. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST using Kids, Education, Christian Values, and Scaming Websites. They got me for over a $100. before Christmas. There is nothing else to do but sit on it. God says he has a Special Place for people who live this type of life. Its not a place I would ever want to see or be cast for eternity.

I received my oversee minus the UV light pens I ordered. The packing slip shows that they should have been included but were not. Talked to Fred and was told to send a pic of packing slip and they will be sent to me. Really disappointed did not receive before Christmas. Please send all four ASAP. Thanks,!Tana S Davis

They added on more than I ordered, my daughter and granddaughter said to cancel order, so I did. All I have gotten back is a receipt for the order. This is really messing up my account. I'm pissed I got scammed!

I ordered 2 items from this company from a Facebook ad. Went to link and added to cart with payment thru PayPal. I signed into PayPal then when going back to item to finish I got an error page. Did not get to review or finalize order. So cancelled out of “error” screen. Immediately got an email from PayPal that they had paid ECX company 4 payments ( double the order amount). Called PayPal...they were 2 busy to help on phone so went to website and filed claim. Hope to hear something soon! Facebook does a bang up job of policing posts, perhaps they should be more diligent in scam advertising! PayPal also!

I have never heard of this co.i found 2 charges on my card one for 29.96 an one for19.97 I was searching to see who they are an what they do both charges have confirmation # but my info an phone was stolen with my card info on it so I'm going to have it investagated

I called the number that was on my bank statement and it turned out to be a legitimate purchase. Did you make a recent purchase through a social media app such as Facebook? If you call the number on your bank statement, you will most likely be met by a representative that will be able to tell you what was purchased. Of course, I forgot that I had made the purchase! ECXHOLDINGS is most likely who they go through as their credit card processing company so you won't see the actual company name that you made a purchase from on your bank statement and it will look suspicious. Give the number a call...
My conversation with rep from number on bank statment:
Rep: "Thank-you for calling "fill-in-the-blank" company (will be different for everyone), how can i help you?
Me: "Are you associated with ECXHOLDINGS?"
Rep: "Yes?"
Me: "I have a few purchases on my card that I do not recognize, could you help me verify?"
Rep: "Absolutely, may I have your name?"
Me: *Gave name*
Rep: "I found a profile matching your name with (said) purchases"
Me: "yup, forgot I purchased that!"
Basically that was the conversation. Call the number, see what you come up with.
