Leon Green has a couple of youtube channels. One of his channels is called EcomStride Academy. Leon makes videos about creating revenue from e-commerce stores. In his videos, Leon offers a service of creating the online ecommerce store for customers for a fee. Instead of building your own store, he will build it for you. I purchased an initial product of (I think) templates (which I did not receive) before I was offered the service of him building an online store for $100. I purchased the pre built online store on March 4 2023. Leon's team responded by email shortly after saying it would take 3 to 4 weeks to create the store. It is now nearing the end of may and all I have received from Ecome Stride Academy was emails of other advertisement that he is offering. When I reached out to ecomstride academy after 4-6 weeks. The email advised me that they sent me the information and I somehow lost store's information email. I have been checking my spam folder as well. Since then, I have been getting the run around when I contact Ecom Stride Academy. I have attached screenshots of every email I have from Ecom stride Academy. Thank you.
