Placed 2 orders on may 22nd 2024 from advertisement on facebook totaling $73. I have never received the merchandise i paid for. I have made over 20 attempts to contact them to only be told the same excuse each time. I believe its a computer generated email im getting from them. Theres no other way to contact this company but by email!

Advertised on facebook for artificial flowers. Tracking doesnt update. Ive emailed them 6 times in 2 months and just get the run around.

They advertised Clark shoes at a lower price, but the item i received was definitely not Clark shoes. I emailed them and sent pictures as they requested, but they refused to reimburse me. I did everything from the beginning to cancel within the time given (i contacted them within the first hour after ordering) and they said it was too late. Then i emailed them several times to complain about the product and ask for a refund etc but they just refused and brushed me off. I have pictures of the product ordered and the product received.
