Same as the gentleman above. My husband was trying to rent a car, found a place online, the guy "Frank" told us there was a promotion going on, and if we were American express card holders we could get this promotion. We said we werent, he said no problem, get an American Express gift card, one with 315$ and the other with 250$ and call him back. We did, he gave us a confirmation number and said we would have the car in 45 minutes....no car ever showed, we called and he then stated we couldnt use 2 cards we would need another card with 500$ and once the driver came to drop off the card he would have a refund in CASH for the amount of the first 2 cards....we told him we didnt have any more money for a second card and we wanted a refund...he tried his best to get any amount he could, i had to scream at him " WE DONT HAVE THE MONEY" he then said wait for your refund in 15 days and hung up....i called back , he didnt answer....THIS WAS A WEBSITE FOUND UNDER CAR RENTALS....THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
