Ordered an ice maker from dtasga and got a Christmas card instead
On May 10th 2024 I purchase a "Mother's Day special " of an ice maker (buy one get one free.) from dtasga (dtasga.com) for $50.
I received an order number 3113 and a tracking number of the items. Any attempt to check the tracking number lead to nothing. I contacted the company at [email protected] but only got "someone will be in touch within 24 hours". But there was no replies. Yesterday I received a small black plastic bag from "China Post" (supposedly the shipping company) . Part if my address was missing. Luckily my post office was able to determine it was my address. Inside this envelope was a business-like card that said "MERRY CHRISTMAS" That's all!.
I email the company with pictures of the package from China Post along with previous requests to refund my money if the item(s) are no longer available.
I don't know what else to do.
Any help you can offer is appreciated!
Thank you!

I ordered a vacuum off of what I thought was h Sn from the website dtasga.com and when I didn't receive it after a month. To email the company at [email protected], and the company has now told me that it was delivered and they investigated it. And they only want to return 50% of my money, which is $50.00, which they have and even done.
