I am filing a complaint regarding recruitment for a remote nurse practitioner position represented as being with Exilara/Swell Medical. Both interviews were conducted by the same recruiter, who appeared to be located outside the United States, although I could not verify her location. During the second interview, she reported video problems, so I could not see her.

I provided all requested information and documentation, including my professional license and DEA registration details, before receiving and signing the contract. I was not given a full explanation of the role and responsibilities until after signing and attending an onboarding meeting.

The recruiter has since failed to respond to multiple emails seeking clarification and resolution. This lack of communication has raised concerns about the recruitment process and how my personal and professional information is being handled. I have not confirmed any unauthorized use.
