I paid for roadside assistance, was eventually told they couldn't find anyone to do it and sent a link for a refund. The link was going to charge $99 for cancelling - which I didn't do. After spending hours trying to talk to someone, I gave up and attempted to at least get my $60 refund. The link lead to a page telling me there are no refunds for basic service. I did everything I was told and ended up being directed back to the original number. Along the way, I was rerouted over and over again; told there were no supervisors to talk to - then minutes later handed off to a "supervisor". Another person said they were just an answering service and literally had an instruction sheet that stated "there is no billing, customer service, or direct business phone number for the company." The so called service provider who cancelled my service in the first place are all heavily accented ********* who either didn't understand english or pretended not to.
