They advised that no action needed from me and at the bottom of the page they provided a (833-870-2421) for me to dial for customer service. (when I tried to cut & paste the number it auto transposed to the number it converted to another number with a 374 area code.
the following message was sent;
"Due to your activation of the auto-renew feature, we've received a request to extend your Geek Assistance.
We just wanted to let you know that no action is needed from you.
