The website offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, as well as "amazing" customer service. The goods I received were too large and could not be used, so I contacted the company for a refund. First, they attempted to convince me to use the items, which was not possible. Then they began "warning" me that return shipping to China would be very expensive, and offered me $2.00 US. I pushed back over the course of two weeks and they went as high as $6.00 US before simply refusing to return my emails. I sent screen captures of their satisfaction policy as well as their customer service and return policy, but have not received a resolution, and I still have the unusable items.

I ordered bras they came and did not fit I asked them to be refunded and return address they stated it will cost more to send back and offered me on 3 separate emails $2 $4 $6 with no further mention of refunding full amount and an address to return them
