Received a call and they asked for me. Used my full name. The asked about a person I know and that he has put me as an emergency contact. Said he was a trooper from DPS and that they had found this person license. To have the person call them so that they could meet and give him his license. I played along because I have never heard of DPS or any police doing that. He said to make sure to call and a trooper was available until midnight. This was on Wednesday afternoon . 2/19/2025 at 4 pm.
