I recently provided funding to Donald Maga, President of Seltomar for what he advised was a short-term 30 day turn-around mortgage. I received a promissory note for the full amount that was to come due September 1, 2017. I have not received my money but I have received grief, back-peddling and a request to revise the promissory note. He also admitted that the mortgage was never registered and that he used the money for personal expenses. He then promised an October 19th retirement date of the "loan" but of course that has come and gone and I have received none of the money. I don't believe that I am the first person that he has swindled.

He portrays himself as a business man with many interests including but not limited to, mortgage investment, tourism in the Bahamas and business development opportunities in China.
