Received a phone call from "Document Delivery Services" saying they had information only for Sheryl "Terto" about legal documents to be delivered to home or office, only 2 attempts would be made, regarding legal case number 2025-JAX-423393, at either my home or place of employment, and only 2 attempts made to deliver the documentation that would require my signature. They also said, "that this case will proceed with or without consent." Also said, "Please be advised this call has been logged and submitted as proof that yo have been notified of this pending matter. Have a good day." I have no case regarding this or anything similar. Recently have had multiple incidents of personal information stolen from both ATT and medical service companies, only way they could have got my information. I googled both numbers and got nothing for the call back number, only that it was often used for scams, and the number that called me, 731-331-9208, came up on 800 numbers as a scam.

They left a message for me from Document Delivery Services on my brothers voicemail in Colorado and it was for me I live in Texas the call came from a 303-316-1230

Which is a Colorado number

They wanted to serve me with legal documents and I should call back to a number 888-342-9218

If i did not call and they claim two attempts it would go on the process with me being in default

Look up the send number other people have said they had similar scams.

On 8/7/2024, I received a message that my daughter forwarded to me from a Sasha from Document Delivery Services. She gave me a number to refer to (******) when I called her back. I called the number back (877-230-3236) and I was put to Sasha from Document Delivery Services. She told me that EZ Money loan services said that I used them in 2013 and that I owed $1379, then she said $2522.22, and then she said $4149.85 (She gave me 3 amounts). She said the last amount is what it would be if the courts got involved. She gave me my old banking acct number and routing number which I haven't had in soooooo many years. I don't even remember the numbers. I denied everything. She said for me to call that bank and check for this transaction. I did and there were no records of my acct because it has been closed for so long. This same lady called me again today 8/13/2024 ask if I was ready to receive my documents for this. I hung up on her. Please be aware. I looked up Document Delivery services. I thought that was the name of their company. there was no name. I also looked up EZ Money Loan Services. There is no company named that. When I looked up the company, it already had something that stated scam.
