Received a phone call from "Document Delivery Services" saying they had information only for Sheryl "Terto" about legal documents to be delivered to home or office, only 2 attempts would be made, regarding legal case number 2025-JAX-423393, at either my home or place of employment, and only 2 attempts made to deliver the documentation that would require my signature. They also said, "that this case will proceed with or without consent." Also said, "Please be advised this call has been logged and submitted as proof that yo have been notified of this pending matter. Have a good day." I have no case regarding this or anything similar. Recently have had multiple incidents of personal information stolen from both ATT and medical service companies, only way they could have got my information. I googled both numbers and got nothing for the call back number, only that it was often used for scams, and the number that called me, 731-331-9208, came up on 800 numbers as a scam.

They left a message for me from Document Delivery Services on my brothers voicemail in Colorado and it was for me I live in Texas the call came from a 303-316-1230

Which is a Colorado number

They wanted to serve me with legal documents and I should call back to a number 888-342-9218

If i did not call and they claim two attempts it would go on the process with me being in default

Look up the send number other people have said they had similar scams.

Saying documents need to be delivered for signature from Document Delivery Services. but when leaving a voicemail, they left a different number to call back than the one that it called from. also says after 2 attempts, it will be classified as failed action to serve and this serves as being notified of a legal matter
