On Sept 30, 2023, I purchased a flying witch through an advertisement on Facebook. The ad said they were in either N or S Carolina. I paid by credit card, and the receipt said my bank statement would read discreten*UK. They gave me a shipping tracking address, [email protected], that stopped on tracking on Oct 29, 2023 in Vancouver,98665,United States, I tried emailing but just continued to get the same response email. The last was on Nov 16, 2023 with a form email having me once again click on customer service, only to again receive the same email, asking me to click on customer service. It doesn't take you to customer service.
